Looking at the house from the street shows a very neat and tidy facade with a 3 car garage and well built shed that has hardwood floors. That is a first for me. It begins to tell you what the inside of the house is like. Also hardwood and tile throughout. Granite counter tops in the modern kitchen and a lovely sunroom that opens onto a 16 x 19 deck. This overlooks a very private fenced in yard. There is even a goldfish pond in the back yard which is lovely and needs very little care. Going back into the house there is a dining room off the kitchen and a large living room in addition to a family room. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The basement is huge and dry. The garage has 2 good size bays plus one oversize bay that would fit a large boat and has a 9 foot high over head door. Garage has great storage above. Great value here.
