Grouse Point includes 82 homes within the community of which 19 are condominium style homes and the rest are single family homes with a condominium form of ownership. The entire community has use of all common areas and participates in the support and maintenance of them.

There are numerous amenities available to the residents at Grouse Point including the following. First is the 7000 sq foot club house which houses an indoor heated pool, fitness room with locker rooms, function room, library and manager's office. The club house is open year round to residents and their guests. Many community functions are held here throughout the year. Grouse Point also boasts 3000 feet of pristine shorefront on Lake Winnipesaukee. On the waterfront you will find three sugar sand beaches. Two of the beaches are for swimming and the third is for launching watercraft such as sail boats, jet skis, canoes etc. The Yacht Club can also be found along the shoreline. Grouse Point has 35 docks and currently 20 moorings. The docks are privately owned by the residents with two available through the club. The moorings are on a seniority plan. If you have a mooring to use and a registered watercraft, you may continue to use a mooring as long as you continue to have a registered watercraft. The waiting list for moorings is typically small.

Another amenitie at Grouse Point is the two lighted tennis courts, playground and basketball hoops. Just a stones throw from the club house.

Grouse Point has full time management with many landscape companies used throughout the community for personal residences. Currently there are fees for the common areas, separate fees for the docks and for the moorings.

Grouse Point is only 5 minutes from downtown Meredith where you can find numerous restaurants, shops and a public boat launch and only 10 minutes from I-93. You can reach Manchester aiport in 55 minutes and downtown Boston in 1 hour 45 minutes. New Hampshire seacoast is 1 hour from Grouse Point. If you feel like driving to the White Mountains, you can accomplish it in only 30 minutes.
